Carolina and Jacob from Washington, USA – Rustic intimate wedding in Tuscany, Lucca

“It is hard for us to find the right words to describe how wonderful the experience with Beatrice was. We stumbled upon our venue while looking for a classic Tuscan experience. La Forastaria is a magical olive farm set in the mountains overlooking Lucca with impeccable views and ran by an amazing family. We knew that with a venue like La Forastaria we need a photographer who could capture the moment perfectly and in the artistic fashion we would be able to cherish for the rest of our lives.

When we found Beatrice’s photos online we prayed she would be available for our wedding dates. We felt so lucky when she quickly replied and set up a consolation to speak with us about our story and understand what we wanted in our elopement photos. Immediately we felt a connect with Beatrice, and found ourselves even more excited to have the opportunity to have her as our wedding photographer.

The entire day was filled with laughter and love, Beatrice quickly went from being the photographer to a part of our small group of friends and family. Her photos were unbelievably beautiful, elegant, and candid. As we look through the photos she took we are inspired and in awe of how talented and amazing she is. We will always remember the connection we made with Beatrice that day with warmth and fondness, and hope to cross paths with her throughout our lives together”

Kendra and Carl from New York – Rustic Wedding in Catskill, New York

“Beatrice was more than we could have asked for in a wedding photographer. For our big day we knew we wanted to capture the special moments in a way that represented us; intimate, fun and not so serious. We were looking for someone to get those necessary posed shots of family and friends, but we also really wanted artistic, flowy, candid shots of all of us in our element, enjoying the day. Beatrice delivered with all of that. She made her way from Italy to upstate New York for 4 days. She was super easy to work with and was a fun presence. Though she was very professional, making sure to focus on her tasks, it didn’t always seem like she was a vendor; she blended in with our friends and family and felt more like a guest. Bea was proactive and loaded our photos onto a drive for us the night after the wedding before heading back to Italy. Then, a few weeks later, we received a lovely package with notes of love and memories of our wedding along with a thumb drive of all our edited images. Our pictures are everything we wanted. They are romantic and timeless. They tell the amazing story of Carl and my love for each other and the love from all those who shared the day with us. We have received so many compliments about what Bea was able to capture, from the soft shots of hands being held, the twirl of my dress and hugs being shared. These will be pictures we will cherish forever”

Julianne & Nick from Australia – Elopement in Positano, Amalfi Coast

“My husband and I highly highly highly recommend Beatrice Moricci as a wedding photographer. Bea took the time to get to know us, even arriving at the venue in Positano one day early to scope the site for the perfect locations for our wedding shots the following day! Bea made us both feel completely at ease and relaxed on our wedding day and we truly felt blessed to have her as our photographer. Bea’s professionalism combined with her artistic flair is superior to anyone we have used before and the photo’s she captured from our wedding day – breathtakingly AMAZING!!! It truly is artwork that we have now decorated our home with. Her photographs bring our big day back to life every time we look at them and I cannot thank her enough for the gift she has given to us – a lifetime of happy memories suspended in time. Bea, we love you! Grazie Mille!”

Lisa and Jim from Virginia, USA – Wedding in Villa Buonvisi, Lucca – Tuscany

“Beatrice has a phenomenal eye for detail and composition. There is nothing flat, 2-dimensional or expected in her work. Instead there are full stories being told by her images, with little details captured that sometimes surprise you. The photographic style she employs is very editorial IMO; the kind of candid portraiture that conveys the true mood of the moment instead of something more sterile and “posed.” If you trust Beatrice, and it is easy to do so because of her very friendly, patient, and soft spoken nature, then she will do the rest. Being American and getting married in Lucca is not always easy with the language barriers, distance, and time zone difference. Shopping vendors can take time and a lot of research. Beatrice made the process as easy as possible from her end — always professional and responsive and very reassuring. My now-husband was not thrilled to have photos taken as he generally does not enjoy “posing” or being the center of attention. Beatrice made him feel very comfortable and we often forgot that she was there, although she managed not to miss a single important detail while maintaining her distance. My husband loves the photos from our wedding and he feels that Beatrice captured us individually, together as a couple, and the gravity of our marriage in such an authentic and visually stunning way.

We couldn’t be happier with the outcome of Beatrice’s work and we can’t recommend Beatrice enough. Whether you’re being married in Italy or beyond, Beatrice will not disappoint! GRAZIE MILLE, CARA BEATRICE!!!

Emma & James from Perth, Australia – Romantic elopement in the tuscan countryside, Follonico

“Bea is just magic! Even though our correspondence was via email, Bea took her time to get to know us, what we like as a couple and why we loved her work. Bea’s style and creativeness is second to none. These are not just wedding pictures, these are art! Seeing the photos has bought back every emotion and feeling from the day & to have captured these in pictures with her ‘fly on the wall’ approach is so special. Bea thank you so much for capturing our special day”

John+Rich from Florida, USA – Same sex proposal in Florence

“For Rich and I, Beatrice hit a spot in our hearts with her photos that I don’t believe anyone else could’ve done. From her first email, she stated “I love love” and that right there is what made this one of the best days of my life. Beatrice loves photography and the final photos we ended up receiving radiate that love. The passion she has for her work is beyond compare to any of the other photographers that replied to my initial email. I would highly recommend her to anyone in or visiting Italy if you are looking for a caring, kind, compassionate photographer who is willing to work with your schedule, wants to make the time you have with her about you, and wants you to be comfortable in and with the finished product that you receive. Our photos are amazing, and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. I am beyond grateful to Beatrice for capturing the proposal memories in photos, and they are beyond what I could ever have hoped for. Thanks again for everything!”

Becky and Matt from Seattle, USA – San Galgano Abbey sunset proposal, Tuscany

“We can’t say enough how incredible Beatrice is both her photography talent and her personality. She made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera, and encouraged us to be ourselves.  (Matt) My goal was to make the proposal something we can remember forever. Bea captured our emotions and love beautifully with her photography.  I am so impressed with her artistic eye to frame the perfect photo, and use natural light.  We glided through the enchanted grounds of San Galgano, dancing and kissing as Bea found the best places and angles to photograph. She has true talent and vision. Anyone who takes photos with her will be truly lucky. I don’t think anyone would have been able to take pictures of these moments as well as she did. (Becky) I look at them several times a day with a huge smile on my face because I am so beyond happy with the pictures and the experience. We can’t thank her enough and wish she could be there for every big moment in our lives. Thank you SO much, Beatrice!!!”
